The wireless network in the library means you can work from your laptop or mobile device. The library has long opening hours and is open 24 hours a day from Sunday to Thursday during key teaching weeks (October to May).Ī wide range of books and journals are also available electronically and can therefore be accessed off campus from home or halls of residence. The large Learning Cafe serves light snacks and drinks. There are five bookable group study rooms for when you need to work together. In total there are over 750 study spaces available, 250 of which have a fixed computer. The Nightingale Centre boasts a range of learning environments organised into silent, quiet and group study zones. The library on the Kingston Hill campus is called the Nightingale Centre, named after Florence Nightingale (1820–1910) who was a regular visitor to Kingston Hill.
